Nadesico, Silent Möbius' Kia Asamiya Teases New Anime Project
Kia Asamiya, prolific manga author, animator, and artist is working on a new anime projection.
Kia Asamiya, also known through his real proper noun Michitaka Kikuchi, is a legendary animator, character designer, and mangaka. He is the original character designer of Martian Successor Nadesico, designing its iconic character Ruri Hoshino. Asamiya is besides the original creator of Compiler, Silent Möbius, Corrector Yui, and Steam Detectives.
While Kia Asamiya mainly focuses on his manga career present, he is now coming back to the anime manufacture with a new project.

Kia Asamiya teases new anime project connected to his past series
On January 28, 2022, Kia Asamiya teased through his Twitter account that he just finished working on a certain anime project at an animation studio. He too confirmed this new anime project is related to a franchise he previously worked on. We translated his tweet below.
Kia Asamiya: "Yesterday, I went to a certain animation studio to pick up my stuff. I take a connection with this franchise, and then I'm really grateful I was able to work on this project. I remember it's been decades since the concluding time I worked at an anime studio. It was simply the manager, the producer, and me, so nosotros had a lot of fun together. Introducing the legendary Kia Asamiya/Michitaka Kikuchi
Born in 1963, Michitaka Kikuchi grew up as a large fan of Space Battleship Yamato, Star Wars, and Batman. He chop-chop entered the anime manufacture and i of his primeval works as a character designer is Sonic Soldier Borgman in 1988.
